All microfiche subscriptions will transfer to electronic format. If you are already an electronic subscriber you will be notified by OregonPDF in Health & Performance when it is time to renew your yearly subscription. Yearly subscriptions are one payment of $1500 or two payments of $800.
The payment schedule and the number of newly available dissertations and theses are consistent with the past. Microfiche subscribers will notice, however,
- The cost savings of $348
- The immediate accessibility for students and faculty to abstracts, dissertations, and thesis
- The prompt addition of dissertations and theses as they are received and catalogued
- The transfer to PDF, within 24 hours, of requested dissertations and theses that are currently microfiche only

All new dissertations and theses will be added to the website immediately after they are reviewed and catalogued. An additional 240 dissertations and theses will be added each year.
